1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Ez Listify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ez Listify is a Shopify application that provides bulk image import, image management, and AI-powered SEO content generation services for Shopify merchants. The App integrates with your Shopify store to help you manage product images efficiently.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must:

• Have a valid Shopify store
• Provide accurate and complete information during installation
• Maintain the security of your Shopify account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Plan: Includes basic features with limited usage.

Paid Plans: Subscription fees are billed monthly through Shopify. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• All sales are final - we do not offer refunds for subscriptions

5. AI Credits and Usage

AI-powered SEO generation requires credits. Credits are included with paid plans or can be purchased separately. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Usage is tracked and displayed in your account dashboard.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload images that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Upload offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use the App to spam or send unsolicited communications
• Overload or interfere with the App's infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images and content you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. We claim no ownership over your content.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated SEO content (alt text, titles, descriptions) is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any inaccuracies or issues arising from AI-generated content.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the app available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Data Backup and Loss

While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ez Listify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ez Listify from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the App will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal processes.
