By installing, accessing, or using Ez Listify ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. You represent that you are authorized to act for the Shopify store using the App.
Ez Listify helps Shopify merchants bulk import, match, reorder, optimize, replace, and manage product images. Depending on the selected plan, it can import merchant-selected files from a computer or Google Drive, use additional matching and image-management tools, keep limited import history and backups, and generate editable AI alt text for selected product images.
To use the App, you must:
The free plan includes a limited one-time usage allowance. Paid subscriptions and extra packs are presented and charged through Shopify. By approving a charge, you authorize Shopify to bill it using the payment method associated with your Shopify account.
Each plan includes the image-import allowance, AI credits, and feature access shown in the App at the time of use. Free allowances are one-time; paid-plan allowances reset with the applicable monthly period, and unused paid-plan allowances do not roll over. AI alt-text generation currently uses one AI credit per image. An extra pack adds the same purchased number of image imports and AI credits, expires 90 days after activation, and does not unlock features reserved for a paid plan. Current limits, features, pack sizes, and prices are shown before purchase and may change prospectively.
You agree not to:
You retain your rights in the images and content you submit. You grant Ez Listify a limited, non-exclusive license to access, copy, process, store, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the App. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions required for all content you process through the App. Ez Listify and its software, branding, and original materials remain the property of their respective owners.
AI-generated alt text may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular product, audience, accessibility need, or legal requirement. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated alt text before publishing it. The App may use a third-party AI provider to process the selected image and return the requested result.
The App depends on third-party services including Shopify, Google Drive, hosting, database, image-storage, and AI providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for a third-party service's independent acts, outages, policy changes, or discontinued functionality, but we will take reasonable steps to keep the App working with its supported integrations.
You are responsible for reviewing image matches, ordering, replacements, deletions, optimization settings, AI-generated alt text, and other product changes before confirming or publishing an import. Ez Listify automates parts of the workflow, but you remain responsible for the final content and changes made to your Shopify store.
We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, fix security issues, change or discontinue features, or experience downtime. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly affect paid functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical store content. When you explicitly enable backup for an eligible import, some product-image changes may be reversible for up to 24 hours. Not every action or failure can be restored, and a backup is not a permanent copy or a replacement for your own backup process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that its matches or generated results will meet every requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ez Listify and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ez Listify's total liability for claims related to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ez Listify and its operators from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the App, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for a material violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the App. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it from Shopify. Uninstalling removes access tokens when the uninstall notice is processed; remaining shop data is handled and deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and changing the "Last updated" date. We will provide additional notice for material changes when required by law or reasonably practical. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date; continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Ez Listify is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory protections or rights that apply to you under applicable law.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
