Ez Listify ("we", "us", or "our") provides a Shopify app for merchants. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to merchants who use our app.

1. Information We Collect

When you install and use Ez Listify, we may collect and process:

  • Shopify store information, such as your store name, store domain, and contact email
  • Product information that you choose to use with the app, such as product titles, descriptions, SKUs, and images
  • Images, filenames, folder selections, image match results, import history, and generated CDN URLs used to import images into Shopify
  • Google Drive connection information, such as the connected Google account email, selected files or folders, and OAuth tokens needed to access files you authorize
  • App usage information, such as actions taken inside the app
  • Billing-related information made available through Shopify for managing your subscription

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to:

  • Provide and operate the app
  • Process the features requested by the merchant
  • Match selected image filenames to Shopify products and send approved image URLs to Shopify
  • Connect to Google Drive when you choose to import files from Google Drive
  • Maintain and improve the app
  • Provide customer support
  • Manage billing and subscriptions through Shopify
  • Meet legal or compliance requirements

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell merchant data. We may share data only with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, storage, database, analytics, AI, or support tools, and only as needed to provide the app.

4. Third-Party Services

To operate the app, we may use third-party service providers, including:

  • Shopify — Platform and billing
  • Google Drive / Google APIs — Access to files and folders you authorize for import
  • Trusted providers for hosting, database storage, image storage and delivery, security, analytics, support, and AI-powered content generation

These providers may process data on our behalf only for app-related purposes.

5. Image Storage and Google Drive Access

When you import images, the app may upload selected images to secure third-party image storage and generate CDN URLs so Shopify can fetch and attach those images to your products. These URLs are used to complete the import process and support app functionality such as import history and limited revert workflows.

If you connect Google Drive, we use Google Drive access only to browse, select, and import the files or folders you authorize. You can disconnect Google Drive from inside the app, and you may also manage app access from your Google account settings.

6. Data Retention

We keep data only for as long as needed to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After uninstall, we may retain certain data for a limited period unless earlier deletion is required by law or requested by the merchant. Google Drive tokens are used only while your Google Drive connection is active and may be removed when you disconnect Google Drive or uninstall the app.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps designed to protect information handled by the app. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar storage technologies to keep you signed in, secure authentication flows, prevent fraud, remember app sessions, and operate the App. We do not use these cookies to sell personal data or for third-party advertising.

9. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You may also contact us with privacy-related requests.

10. Shopify Privacy Compliance

Where required, we support Shopify's privacy and compliance processes, including applicable data access and deletion requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the updated version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date.
